My elderly mother has lost her blue badge , she cant remember where she put it when we went shopping and thinks she may have dropped it in the car park i am not really sure what she has done with it but it will be very difficult to take her out without it as she is 89 and cannot walk far
Does anyone know what i have to do to get her a new one as i was not involved with getting her original one?

Hi,
When i got mine, i remember it saying on the form that if you lsoe it, it will be replaced once, but after that you have to pay to get it replaced.
Contact the council that issued it to her, and they will tell you exactly what you need to do.

Hi, it would be worth checking on your local councils website. In Bucks you have to report the badge lost or stolen to the police to obtain a crime reference number. Then you can either download and print off a lost badge form or ask the council to send you one. They will replace it quickly but you need to pay the £2 admin fee and you will probalby need a new photo.
Hope this helps...:rotfl: :rotfl:

I was actually going into my local aldi last week when a young woman picked a bluebadge up,it was when we had the very strong winds. She showed her her friend , wondering what to do , I asked if i could see it, showed her it was from a different town and told her to send it back to the council that had issued it . Would imagine after last weeks wild weather that a few blue badges will have been blown about. So your mum maybe lucky and it could have been handed back:hello:What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0
