Bankruptcy costs

I am in the process of putting in an application for bankruptcy but cannot do so until I have managed to raise some money to cover the court fees. Point is, I have little surplus income and in the meantime I am being hassled by creditors who obviously think I'm saying that I'm going bankrupt to get them off the phone! My question is related to those court costs and whether it would be possible for me to get a payday loan to cover those fees, knowing I cannot repay them and would look to add these to the debt I already have? I know this may be looked on as fraudulent but these creditors driving me crazy and I'm reaching the end of my teather. Of course I do not want to do this if it will reflect badly on me when my petition is considered. Please help!

Hi ama_72 and Welcome, unfortunately Dojoman is right please don't take out a loan.
Stop paying all creditors and stop telling creditors you are going BR, this often increases the calls!!
Try and monitor calls and not answer those numbers you don't recognise.
To get help with charities to pay your fee's you will need to go through the debt charity who is helping you, can I ask who that is?
