charged for switching
Ive just been charged £50 for swapping from EDF to Southern. i was with EDF for around 6 months and in all that time i found them absolutely useless. My bills were inacurate , i couldnt get through to them on the phone, after emailing them to complain they promised to call me back and never did.
All in all probably the worst company ive ever had the mispleasure to deal with.
Anyway after deciding to switch back to Southern, EDF decided to charge me £50 for swapping, that was for the electricity, ive still not had settlement for my gas account.
Is there anything i can do to reclaim this as i see it as wholy unfair.
