Free Directory Enquiries And Calls To 0870 Numbers

Call directory enquiries and they will put you through to any number if you press 1 when it is reading number

Ignore the prompt saying it is 5ppm as you ARE NOT Calling the 118 Number

Please code link if you put on any other forum as the number needs to be kept quiet from the company
0161 *** ****
So if you get free calls to 01/02 numbers, you can get forwarded to any other 08 number for free... Tried and tested with PC World and my credit was not debited!!!

DONT FORGET TO SAY THANKS :-)

  • Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. This sounds more like fraudulent activity than money saving. The people you have called for directory enq will be charged for the 0870 call.

. . . Not fraudulent, you call them, they connect you....

at the end of the day, i really doubt they would mind a small dent (If any) in there profits as it is run by onetel...

These 118 numbers are being used legitimately for the provision of dq services. You brag elsewhere that you have managed to find their geographical numbers ,and then proceed to plaster them all over the place which will result in them being cut off.

I'm sure the DQ company will catch on soon enough but its a cheap way of contacting DQ in the mean time!

Why post a number on an open forum and then suggest users keep it quiet if its totally legal?

Thats why the number was removed :)

Rather than calling directory enquiries use https://www.saynoto0870.com instead.

My Orchid diverts any 118xxx calls to 0800100100.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
