Lloyds TSB How far back

I have a ppi complaint upheld by Lloyds TSB and they have calculated back as far as 1 September 2001.
I have had the card since 1990 but I have found one old statement from August 1996 and this shows PPI payment, can I claim from 1996 onwards? I have been more or less maxed all the way through.

Hi
Well done on your success!
You can only ask, sometimes though they will require more details, but there is no harm in asking, well done anyway.:TThe one and only "Dizzy Di"

The PPI payment on credit cards varies each month as it is based on the balance at that point. Lloyds should pay you from when they hold their records (2001) and any statements you can supply them with (which is just one so far).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
