1. The promoter of this competition is Clarion Events (licensee of Top Gear Live), Room 434, 4th Floor, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, Warwick Road, London, SW5 9TA (the “Promoter”).

2. The prize is a pair of Silver tickets for Top Gear Live 2011 at either NEC Birmingham or ExCeL London.

3. There are a total of 10 pairs of tickets available to win. 5 pairs of tickets to the NEC Birmingham Show (valid for Friday 11 November, 4pm performance), and 5 pairs of tickets to the ExCeL London show (valid for Friday 25 November, 4pm performance)

4. Travel and accommodation are not included and it is the responsibility of the winner(s) to make their way to and from the venue on the selected day.

5. The competition is open to any person resident in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding employees of Promoter or anyone else connected to the competition and/or their immediate family.

6. Competition dates: The competition closes at midday on 30 October when 10 winners will be chosen by the Promoter. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

7. To enter the competition: email competition@topgearlive.co.uk with ‘FORZA 4 COMPETITION’ in the subject line. If you do not wish to receive further marketing messages from the promoter, please add ‘no marketing’ to the email body copy.

8. No purchase is necessary for entry.

9. Any personal data submitted to the Promoter for the purposes of entering the Promotion will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy http://www.topgearlive.co.uk/privacy-policy

10. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to advise of any changes to the Promotion or the Promotion Rules but reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, amend or suspend the Promotion or these Promotion Rules at any time without prior notice.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final in every situation, including any not covered in these Promotion Rules, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

12. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

13. The Promoter does not warrant that services relating to the Promotion or the Prizes will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Promoter has no responsibility, howsoever caused, for any lost, late, delayed, mutilated, illegible or misdirected entries, problems or technical malfunction of any network, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or media on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials relating to the Promotion, the Prizes or the services to which they relate.

14. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity and the Promoter reserves the right to use the names of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.

15. The Promoter excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant participating in the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize, including all direct, indirect and/or consequential loss or damage. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

16. This Promotion is covered by the laws of England and Wales. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe any such person has breached any of these Promotion Rules.
