Snowboarding - Courchevel

Im heading off to Courchevel in France at the end of feb for some snowboarding and was curious about the standard procedure with a ski pass and board hire. Is it possible to pay for these before arriving? ideally to receive some kind of discount. Has any one else been to this resort and booked there gear online?
Ive got the insurance (£11) but could do with a jacket for the slopes, and also a cheap digital watch as i dont want to get mine wet. Any ideas on these last two items would be appreciated.
Thanks
