Hi,

I have been using a claims Company for my PPI claim for which i was recentley reembursed for by the bank. Very nice thank you!

The bank settled the loan, but as it was a top up loan which was taken out to repay a previous loan i held which also had a ppi on, they paid me an additional amount relating to three previous loans.Also very nice thank you !

The Claims company sent me an invoice for their commission for the loan, but 3 weeks later have sent me another invoice for commission for the loan PLUS the previous 3 loans. Not very nice thank you!

Are they pulling a fast one? As far as I am concerned they are only entitled to commision for the claim that was registered by them and not the other three old accounts for which the bank settled as goodwill. Am I wasting my time to dispute this or have i got a valid argument against them ?

First of all well done on your success.;)

Shame you never came across this site before, you could have had a go yourself and have kept all your refund, so you know now for the future if you have any further reclaims, please feel free to use this site for help, all free, with just a matter of completing a reclaim questionnaire complaint form.

However, if your having problems with the company, you could contact the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Claims Regulation and explain your issues to them, maybe they will advise on where to go from here.

Yes indeed, If only i had known!!

Do you know if a lot of people are dissatisfied with claims agencies? it seems very unfair they are expecting large commissions for doing pratically B***** all following the banks settling?
