Im looking for an savings account which gives me easy access to my money.
I dont want a reg saver or Isa as already have these types of accounts.
I currently have an account with ING, but there interest rates arent that great- 4.75%. I was thinking of opening an account with Icesave or Icici but the feedback about both of these accounts seem poor.
Can anyone help, please?

i reccommend saffron BS with their internet operated instant access account (e-saver) which pays 5.40% interest gross (4.32% (20%) and 3.24% (40%)....opening balance of £1000.
however, if you want to open with a lower balance then yorkshire BS with 5.35% gross with an opening balance of £1Round Figures OCD Club!

Hey pbw - thanks very much for your quick reply. Both options seem good, do you know what the customer service is like with Saffron?"£2012 in 2012 Challenge", £14.68/£2012":j0

I opened the Sainsbury's Internet saver last week. Its 5.25% so not the highest rate, I liked the fact that you can also make deposits of cash or cheques via a Sainsbury's store not just online.0

Sainsburys is not the highest rate but it's not far off. The account is very flexible and the customer service is good too.Life is not a dress rehearsal.0

If you're put off by Icesave, then perhaps consider the Easy Access account offered by the Anglo Irish bank. It's rate has recently been increased to 5.55% and the rate is guaranteed to at least equal the Bank of England's base rate until 1st January 2008. The minimum account balance is £500.
