Hi there

Sorry to hear this.

However, it seems they have kept this open for you, so if you have any further information to give they will consider reviewing your case, if it fails again then you can complain to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS).

If you do not agree with the reasons they have given on your complaint, then I would write back to each one with any further details you may have, despite what they have said, you may feel they have overlooked and not taken something into any consideration.

Hopefully there will be other posts after mine as well, with some suggestions, but you do have the option of sending further information.;)
