VM Package deals

Hey guys,
Interested in what your thoughts are on this deal. I've currently got VM, with TV XL, BB S and Tel M - and pay £39.95 a month. Unfortunately need the XL TV as the kids channels (Disney arghhh...) tend to fall in the XL package....
It all seems to be OK, but I'm finding my broadband a little weedy at 2mb, so wanted to increase it to the next one up, probably the Medium and they've quoted in me another £5 to do this. Is £45/month good for XL TV, M BB and M Tel. Has anyone got a similar package to me or better within the price frame Im looking at. Would love to hear your thoughts.
