The prize must be booked and taken up no later than 31 May 2012 and cannot be taken up during the period 22 December 2011 to 1 January 2012 inclusive. The winner must book the prize at least fourteen working days in advance of their desired travel dates and cannot change or amend the booking after it has been confirmed. Please note that a least one adult aged 18 or over is required to stay in each of the rooms. The winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
