Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button at 5.00 p.m. as stated in the programme.

· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com/thismorning website no less than 3 working days after the programme.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 93 33 33 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 83336 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 83336 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.

· Online – go to www.itv.com/thismorning and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number.

Giftcards

Homebase giftcards to spend in participating stores in the UK worth £15,000 (fifteen thousand pounds) (the ‘giftcard(s)’). Each giftcard is worth £1,000 (one thousand pounds). The value of any monetary balance of the giftcards may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative prize.

· The giftcards may be used for in-store purchases at participating Homebase stores within the United Kingdom only.

· The giftcards cannot be used to purchase other giftcards or vouchers, products from Homebase call centres or concessions.

· The full value of the giftcard does not have to be spent in one store visit.

· The giftcardscannot be used online.

· Some products may be excluded.

· The giftcards are valid for 3 years from the last top-up or transaction (which includes balance enquiries). On expiry of the 3 year validity period, any remaining balance on the giftcards will be cancelled without further liability to the winner.

· The value of any monetary balance of the giftcards may not be refunded and/or exchanged for cash or cash equivalent. No change will be given.

· It is the responsibility of the winner to pay for the value of any item which exceeds the value of the giftcards.

· The giftcards cannot be redeemed or re-issued after expiry of the validity period as indicated.

· The giftcards cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. they cannot be applied to any purchases already made.

· The issuer of the giftcards is responsible for the redemption of the giftcards only, and the giftcards cannot be presented for purchases other than to the issuer of the giftcards.

· The issuer of the giftcardsreserve the right to cancel or discontinue the giftcardsin their discretion.

· The Promoter and/or the issuer of the giftcardswill not be liable where the giftcardshave been lost or stolen in whole or in part, following delivery.
