Halifax Repayment Cover

in Credit cards
Hey all,
In the last month I've gotten bang up to date with my financials and sorted out my sorry mess. I just noticed that I've had a monthly charge on my Hailfax credit card for "Repayment Cover" just rang up and asked what it was for and he told me it was payment protection. He has cancelled this for the future but is there anything I can do to reclaim anything back as I know i didnt opt for any cover?
My fault I guess for not being more savvy on it but it'd be nice if there was something I could do?
Thanks

Go to the reclaiming part of the forum for that.
When did you take the card out?
How (branch, internet, phone)?
How come you've never noticed it before?0 -

No need to apologise. Just think there are more resources there to assist.LondonGirl252 wrote: »Ok sorry, I'll post in there...
I'd be very surprised if you were able to reclaim an online purchase. If the box was prepopulated you may have a chance. But Halifax has used an opt in box for many years now.It was a few years ago over the internet.
