i gave them all of my husbands income details etc

has anyone had this problm before and does anyone know how long people are waiting at the moment???

Hi im having a similar problem.
I put mine in back in June and rang them to make sure they recieved it in august they said they had and were dealing with it.
I have rang them every 2 weeks and all i get told is its still being processed. cant tell me anything else. very annoying.
Rang today to be told it had been passed on to another department to try and process it quicker but couldnt tell me why its talking so long.
So maybe they are making checks before processing them? only thing i can think of.0 -
They want to stop any claim nowadays they have no interest in helping anyone. All the Govt want to do is make it very hard for people to claim.0

Why don't you just make your renewal over the phone? They will sort it out there and then and you will have your money backdated and in the bank in 3 days time!0
