Hey all, iv just red through and done the council tax calculator and i just want to check up on somthing...
I live with my mum, shes in full time employment, taking home around £800-£900 a month after tax
I am currently unemployed for the past 2 months and im claiming JSA
Were in band B for council tax
now as i said i had a look and it seems to me... we/her should be able to claim working tax credits and another credit (sorry very tired forgot wich but im sure you guys will know)
so based on the above is it worth getting her to see what she/we are actualy able to get? as i think i red that we should be able to cut council tax by atleast 25%
opinions and help greatly appreciated, thanks
