Photoglossy and credit card fraud?

My friend last month has someone trying to spend 100s pounds over the internet on her debit card. The only place she had really used the card online was at photoglossy.com and easyjet. The card was cancelled and replaced, then this week someone tried to make 100s pounds of charges on her credit card. This has only ever been used at photoglossy.com. Although she may have used both cards in local shops, it seems unlikely that on separate occasions each card happened to be skimmed so she is convinced it is photoglossy as the card numbers are being used online and that includes the cv2 number. The bank won't tell her anything as they said a legal case is being compiled against the people involved. Has anyone else had fraudulent charges and also happened to use photoglossy? It would be nice to know who it is in case it's somewhere else so she can prevent it happening again.

As it appears this info is sub judicea-is it wise to put it on a public forum.0

I'm only asking if anyone else has had problems with photoglossy or if it is possible the cards are being skimmed somewhere else. I wouldn't have thought sub judiea would be relavant as there is no specific legal instruction. It's the very lack of information that is the reason I want to try and determine whether we can prevent this happening all over again with new cards. Also I haven't actually said that I think it is photoglossy. My friend was told she would never even be told of any outcome. I don't see how that is beneficial to being preventative."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
