Courier has stolen my parcel!

  • Well, here's the update ... the company emailed me back late last night to say they would interview the courier again and request a copy of "my" signature but that their investigation would take 3-5 working days so not to expect a reply before then. I then had a further email at 10am today to say that they have viewed the signature and cannot be sure it's mine, so they are removing the items from my account .. rather sounds to me like the courier confessed all ....
