Front loaded ppi calculation.

Hi,I wonder if anyone can help me with some calcs.
My loan details are as follows;

Advance £8000

PPi £1640


Amount of credit £9640

Interest £2852.96

Admin fee £85.00

total charge for credit £2937.96

total payable £12577.96

1 month of £85 and 48 of £260.27

apr 13.4%

My claim has been upheld and i finished paying the loan 5 years ago,roughly what could I expect back.

    I am not the one for calculations but hopefully someone will be along soon, or you could also try posting this on the above ppi discussion thread and maybe one of the folks on there will work them out for you.

    However, if the loan is settled, you should receive back every payment you made on the PPI, plus interest per payment, plus a further 8% interest of what a court would award for upholding your reclaim.

    Hi Peds,
    According to how I work the calculations out on a straight forward loan you should get back

    Re payment of PPI = £1640.00
    Re payment of PPI interest @ 13.4% X 4 years = £879.04
    8% simple interest x 48 months = £399.84

    TOTAL £1640.00 + £879.04 + £399.84 = £2918.88
    Should give you an idea, regards dilus
