Jim is sure that residential is the way forward, has chosen a lovely home and been accepted

The checklist has been done; no "severes" but the assessor said that the resulting summary sounds like quite a well person when the evidence she met showed that he is really a very unwell person - we couldn't find a way to increase the ratings as the checklist is quite specific so it will all come down to the summary I will write today

Jim has now got a severe chest infection and is in acute hospital so the care home move is on hold
