uniform tax refund

There was an article that Martin posted in the newspaper saying that you can get a tex refund if you have to was your work uniform etc but I cant seem to find what i need on the website (hmrc.gov.uk/incometax). Can anyone help?

All you need to do is fill in the blanks and send it to your work's tax office.(thanks to max2002ad)
