Really don't mean to be nosey, and I know it is off topic, but I thought property development was a licence to print money. Any tips as to what went wrong?I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -
Misread the market, believed an Estate Agent who overvalued in a falling market when I should have believed the agents who valued it lower. Had to use CC's to live on (I know!) when it still hadn't sold after many months of price lowering and two purchases falling through (more long months) and now capital has gone I was using to pay CC's and I'm stuffed. Erm.... you wouldn't like to buy it would you?0
