Why don't you ask the people who operate that website....?0

Is it http://www.soultimemusic.myzen.co.uk/Records.htm?
If so, it could be the player that you've got associated with mp3 files which is causing the problem.
Don't use it, but if you can confirm that and the browser and operating system you're using, you'll probably get some help from people here.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. thanks for this but i am not sure i know what I am supposed to do with palemoon sorry0 -
It is another browser
With IE, click tools, internet options, on the general tab, click to delete browsing history, then restart IE and try the site0 -
With Windows 7, click start, type default programs and press enter in where it says Search programs and files.
Then select Associate a file type.....
Scroll down to .mp3 and see what it says against it. It should say Windows Media Player unless you've installed something else to play mp3 files.
If it doesn't, you can use the Change Program... button to change it, but might be safer just to see what it says first and then report back here.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards.
