Need someones help please
I am the only user of my new pc and I want to try to get rid of the windows log on screen that I have to click, so that the pc boots up straight to normal running if you like.
At the moment I turn it on and wait for the log on screen to appear then click on my user name to proceed to windows etc normal pc mode.
I'm sure there is a way to bypass this as on my old pc I didn't have to do this, but not sure what to do to bypass it.
Any ideas guys ?
I am running Windows XP Home Edition
Thanks in advance

For Windows to automatically log on a user account during the startup process, the following must be met:
- The Welcome screen must be available
- Guest account access must be turned off
- There must be only one user account on the computer
- The user account must not have a passwordEx forum ambassador

TweakUI (made by Microsoft) has that option along with lots of other tweaks
