    Hi there

Your banking statements should enclose the loan account numbers next to the monthly repayment, so if your still with the same bank now - where you paid the direct debit and bank online, this may allow you to go back to about 2002, otherwise call into the branch who will check this out for you.
With these being from 2006 they will definately still hold details.

Basically, all you do for each account where mis sold ppi - is complete a reclaim questionnaire.
    Step 3 below.

The above questionnaire replaced the template letter, complete and send to the head office or complaints dept of whatever business sold you the account, and keep copies.
If you are making a reclaim on both, you can either complete the same form for both or separately, personally I would do so separately so no confusion arises and keep copies as well, good luck.;)

Why do you need the details? You haven't stated what you want to do with them.

im tryin to claim my ppi back dunstonh. I phoned my own bank this morning but they cant give me the details i need. Its showing the direct debit for BOS but no account details :(.
Guess i'll need to write to BOS but ive read articles where they wont release details when the accounts are closed and both my accounts are closed :(. Any ideas for a step forward would be welcome.
    Thanks in advance

You dont need the agreement to put a PPI complaint in. You just need to state why you believe you were mis-sold.
