i sold an item 10 days ago and the buyer paid straight away it was just over £50.i have e-mailed the buyer about 5 times now about coming to pick the item up as it was pick up only but i have had no replys.any advice on what i should do now.

You could call up their details and phone. If that doesn't work all you can really do is refund and let it go as you are in the wrost case scenario here- collection + paypal= possible scam (unlikely as they haven't rushed to collect) but more importantly no NPB possible.
You cna make a no cost refund up to 60 days with paypal, so you can afford to leave it longer.
