We have all been busy. Currently watching a sickly HP TM2 going through some diagnostics so I can work-out why both the the touchpad and touchscreen both stopped working after 2 reboots of Windows.

Got to the bottom of the HP's issues. Turns-out failure of the touchpad is a common fault so will be after them for a free fix. Even managed to get a direct dial (rather than 0844) number for them as well.
Will phone them on Friday when I actually have time.

Helloooo gang - got back home from a FANTASTIC weekend down at Kit's

When we got there on Friday, Steve and Andy had cooked a delicious full Christmas Dinner and after eating that we couldn't face the pud though we did manange crisps and choccies later hehe. The boys couldn't stay over at Kit's as they were off on one of their steam train trips on the Saturday and had to be up early for that and it started near their home

On Saturday, Kit insisted I had a lie-in good girl, I've got her trained ;) but Mr 3Dogs took her up to the docs for her flu injection and then to DIY store for some new basin taps and then he fitted them for her, which saved her the £100 plumber would have cost :j :j and the taps were nicer and cheaper than the ones they would have fitted too ;). Then, with Mr 3Dogs happily watching Sky sp0rts News with some beer, I helped Kit put up her Chri*tmas tree, which looked lovely. She then made us a fantastic stir fry and we watched tv with more crisps and choccies :o

The boys, who had a great day on the Saturday on their steam trip to London, came over on Sunday at 9 am with their two friends, the 2G's, and we all got the bus into Portsmouth, meeting up with Crafti/Erika as we all went to the Naval Dockyards for their Victorian Christmas Festival which was wonderful. Andy and the 2G's went on The Victory and The Warrier, and I went on a fantastic big Carousel with one of the G's as he didn't wanted to do something silly, but not by humself - well, I was up for the sillyness and just love carousels. I was astonished that I managed to get on the ride and then onto my horse and we thoroughly enjoyed it - doing something different every time we came round to where the guys were watching and taking pics - like covering our eyes, hanging on like we were frightened, leaning back with legs up in front, swinging our legs, saluting, waving fingers with thumb on nose, etc. Great silly fun :j :j We were there from 10.30 till about 4 pm and there was so much to do and see, it was well worth going. We called from a drink or two, or 3 in Mr 3Dogs' case ;) then headed home, where we had a buffet spread with Champagne, and a good natter before the 4 guys had to go home, and we went to bed, tired but very happy

We had meant to get up at 7 am and be on our way about 9 am, and Kit was going to go to work at 9 am, but we all slept in  Mr 3Dogs gave Kit a lift to work about 9.45 am and then we had our breakfast and got sorted and loaded the van, leaving about 11.30 am. The roads were good and we had a clear run home, with only one loo break ;) arriving about 3 pm. We had texted slimming to say we would not make class today and would be talking holiday week, and the doggies are still in the kennels until tomorrow, so just doing my washing and relaxing since we got back

Steve and Andy are coming up to visit friends the other side of P'boro next weekend so we see them again then :j :j Yippee :j :j

    Hello All,

well Like Susan has mentioned we all had a fab weekend, even the weather was good to us all. I couldnt belive how much drink & food was in Kits home. Was realy good to have seen Susan & Alan having a break from home 7 the 3dogs.

Yes we will be visiting our friend this weekend & will be going over to visit Susan & Alan to spend some quality time with them & seeing the 3dogs aswell & will pop into see Linda.

The Victorian chri*tmas Festival was brilliant, We even found Kits Bloomers. But she got told off for touching them as i did for looking at them.. :rotfl:

At the festival there was plenty to see & free samples of food aswell as drinks..

But perhaps 3Dogs should not have sampled the red-hot hot hot chilli dip thinking it was just a normal dip ....... which led to asthma attack   as did the amount of chocolate I ate :o:o
