I can't believe how lackadaisical people have become! They just do not care this is people's income and they rely on it and cheques are no good!

we were never like this when I worked there and I am so glad we weren't!!!!

at least it has been sorted now and thank goodness for free bt calls.....

I used to have all the direct dial numbers but lost contact with the people I worked with, so wouldn't have been able to help.

No one seems to care about much TBH these days.

Yes, unfortunately, some people there just think of the bits of paper or entries on computer screen, not the actual people behind the cases who are dependant on receiving their money on time

    But nothing surprises me :(:(

I've seen one episode, with black guy in prison who couldn't get parole as he would not admit to a crime he didn't do, and it was good

they are doing reruns from beginning leading to series 2 and I watched the first episode and how they all came to work together.

    Kathy Bates is great.

now is it wrong that I like the "leader of the town"... keep missing his name, but he is the enforcer, quiet, the stare..... hunts people down....
