Hi,just playing it on the safe side.I found the comp via Google so it may not be officially open.Some comps "accept" the entry but do not record them if they have not actually opened.I was caught out with a nice holiday comp recently that seemed to take the entry before the posted start date.
Up to each of us as no start date is given.

Ah right - i'm fairly new to this so i just figured that if i got a "Thanks for entering!" response then it must mean that i'd, well... entered

I shall think of it as a test case and when i win we'll all know that when Virgin Media thank you for entering they really mean it and are not big fat liars at all!
