This October we had a day trip to France with SeaFrance ferries for £26:25 which was for our motorhome and 2 passengers. If we had booked for a 2 week stay however it would have cost us in the region of £100.Are there mechanisms in place to stop you just booking two day trips say 3 weeks apart to save money ?

I have never visited the OH&TP board before but I did make the effort to read the 'read this' post. So with this 30secs of knowledge I would say you have posted in the wrong place.0

I think most ferry operators mention in their T&C's that they reserve the right to charge the full single fare each way if this trick is played out. They say they will charge the card you booked with. Whether they actually do or not is another question. The man without a signature.0

I did this some years ago. I booked at a travel agent and paid cash. I used one leg and I never heard another thing. I don't know if travel agents can still book these.Something Really Interesting0
