Latest electricity increases with NPower

I am a small user, all electric with Npower. My charges are going up on the 1st of November from 15 pence for the first 780 kwh to 21 pence; from 13.4 to 15.6 pence thereafter and the night rate is staying about the same at 5.1 pence per unit.
NPower has told me that my account will only rise about 10.1%, so I wrote them back and reminded them of the calculator they used that tried to charge me £356 for a months usage (that's almost a year).
If people were more open about what they pay, the thieving services can't get away with ludicrously inflated charges. You don't need a wonder meter, just spend five minutes with someone who can explain the not so difficult reading on all meters. It's the user that is wonderful.:rotfl:

Could be worse, you could be on Npowers E7 Prepayment Tariff.
You'd be paying closer to 19p per KW/H for daytime units
