Cannot decipher Scottish Power products on their website

Hi,
We are currently a Scottish Power Online Energy Saver 7 (no standing charge) customer.
The comparison web sites suggest that we would do better to stick with Scottish Power but transfer to the Online Energy Saver 16 (standing charge) tariff.
This would be straightforward to do online if only I could link the product descriptions on their web site with the above description. The only place I can find the description Online Energy Saver ## is if I log in to my account where as expected it says I am on Online Energy Saver 7 (no standing charge).
I am loathe to go through their switching process online less I end up with the wrong tarriff and can't back out again. (The Scottish site works on the basis of choosing the desired tariff from a whole bunch of different products, many of which make reference to be managing online but none of which specifically describe themeselves as Online Energy Saver 16.) So it is something of aguessing game.
Oh and I gave up asking for a quote using the online facility since, as expected, the tariff I am currently on which they would need to use as the baseline to refer from isn't listed.
Anyone know the way through this labyrinth?
Thanks

I have similar issues with Scottish power as the tariff I'm and currently on does not appear on most switching sites. Therefore I am not sure I am getting an accurate quote when looking for alternatives. I'm on online standard (no standingcharge)0
