Land Registry - Hopeless!

It's not my week! :mad:
After the Harrods - Hopeless thread, now the Land Registry has messed up big time.
I sent all the correct forms/documents to register a property in my name (I rang them to check). Today the application came back, rejected but referring by Title Number to a totally different property on the other side of the county!
How on earth can they make such a fundamental mistake, I'm just gob-smacked. :mad:
I'm going back to bed and staying there until March at the earliest.
