  • I have heard that this is too competitive are the loopholes to getting more traffic?

Do you mean that you heard Freelance data entry is too competitive?
  • I have completed a few jobs of this type on peopleperhour - one worked out around £25 per hour for a one off job of half a day and the other about £8 per hour for 20 hours work per week. I've had no problems, a lot of the jobs do go to workers in India etc who are willing to work for less than £2 p/h however there are many employers on there that want UK staff. Just got to check the site regularly and be selective with your bidding so you don't waste your credits.
    2017 wins -
Biggest wins to date - Holiday to Hawaii (won in 2016 but taking in 2017), trip to New York (2016)

why dont you get a part time job then.

well for me, working at home would be an advantage as i am disabled, and i have been looking for work, any work... who do you think employers want.... not people like me, this is why some prefer to work from home, does that answer your question?

Mupette have you looked on sureboom forum as there is a section for online jobs like customer service ones, may be ok for you?
  • Thanks for all your replies..

Think I'm going to build some more skills in web design and maybes a few other things so I have more skills to offer..

But hopefully might win a few data entry contracts while I'm at it..
