Wireless network dropping

I have recently gone wireless, and all was well until recently.
Now, when I boot up and try to log in, to either Firefox or IE., I have to go through Start/Network Places/View Network Connections, then Disconnect (it shows my connection up and running), re connect and all is well.
Without doing this it will not come up with websites.
I think some setting somewhere has changed, and just needs a tick in a box?
Any great ideas please?

Try start, settings, control panel, services, then wireless zero configuration - you should see an option to 'start' or 'restart' - either of these should just kick it back into action if you click on it.
HTHPlease forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -

If you go into your router setup, you should be able to change the channel. This can help the connection if the drop is being caused by interference.0
