edf still not given me a final bill 3 months after changing to Ovo

I switched from EDF dual fuel (economy 7) to Ovo mid July.
EDF have sent me several identical letters to say they dispute the final readings I sent to Ovo, and are trying to negotiate with Ovo.
After 2 months I rang EDF to say I was sure the readings were correct cos I did them myself.
They refused to discuss it and said ring OVO.
Ovo were surprised and said there was no need fro negotiation (and I agreed)
For good measure I gave them another reading.
Now after 3 months I've written to EDF to complain.
ironically I don't whether they owe me, or I owe them.
Does anyone know what rights I have in this situation?
