Additional terms and conditions for 'Win a trip to Indianapolis, USA to watch the NFL Super Bowl 2012' competition

The following terms and conditions will apply to this prize draw:
1. The prize draw is only available to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Motorola or their subsidiaries, families, agencies or anyone directly connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2. No purchase is necessary to take part in this prize draw.
3. Participants must have a valid email address to participate.
4. Participants must supply full details as required by the entry form. No responsibility is accepted for incomplete, ineligible or fraudulent entries.
5. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
6. It is a condition of entry that all these terms and conditions are accepted as final and that the participant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

- 4x nights accommodation at Ramada East Indianapolis. The standard of the hotel has been restricted due to the offering in Indianapolis (check in 2.2.12 – 6.2.12)
- Round trip airport transfers
- Round trip transport to the stadium
- £500 spending money
- 2 x VIP Hospitality tickets to the Super Bowl 5th February 2012:
- Premium venue (open 3 hours pre-game)
- Full premium buffet menu and top-shelf open bar
- Player appearances: They will be present for short durations of time in the Premium Venue
- Interactive activities: such as football related games which guests can get involved with
- $50 Super Bowl merchandise coupon o Exclusive stadium collection game programme
- Super Bowl lanyard with ticket sleeve
- Express entrance
- The dates for the flights and accommodation are non-transferable and may not be re-routed

8. There are no cash or other alternatives to the stated prizes in whole or in part, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winner.
9. The winner will be drawn using an independent random computer process.
10. The winner will be notified within 5 days of the draw via email or telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days the promoter has the right to draw another winner.
11. The winner and guest must have a current passport / visa and be able to satisfy all necessary entry requirements for the USA.
12. The winner and guest must organise their own travel insurance for the trip.
