Hi,
Just wanted to post now that i am a member of this (not so) illusive club.
Got a "Notice of Litigation" letter 2 weeks ago and this morning i received the expected "Reduced Payment Offer" letter. The usual menacing scary language, capital letters, and of course, the bold type.
Little surprised at the speediness of this, but nonetheless, i am waiting with excitment for the next installment....
