Work history on CV - do you have to tell all?

I currently have 2 part-time jobs; have had the 1st one for over 7 years, the 2nd I have been in for around 18 months. If you are still working there when you get a new job they might ask you to start immediately and yet you'll have to work notice. This could cause problems if you haven't told them you're working the second job. So I'd say if you're still working there put it on the CV and if you've already left when you apply then you can choose whether to put it on or leave it off.
