Probably worth doing if you buy the Daily Mail anyway every day, but I had my father-in-law asking about it last night who doesn't so have sent him this link to put him straight! Thanks for all of the info0

9 tog no good for winter...........or even summer for me.0

At the cost of at least £17.50 + £4.99 postage = £22.49
This offer sounds good if you buy the newspaper but hardly worth it otherwise as you could buy one just as good for that price.
I was just being nice, lol, I'm not buying a paper I don't read for five weeks for a quilt I can get in ASDA for £9.99, it was just that I felt bad for the OP that people had started maligning the offer. I think that we should put offers up and if people want to take them up on it then great."There is no substitute for time."
Competition wins:
2013. Three bottles of oxygen! And a family ticket to intech science centre. 2011. The Lake District Cheese Co Cow and bunny pop up play tent, cheese voucher, beach ball and cuddly toy cow and bunny and a £20 ToysRus voucher!0 -

hows that even if you buy the paper, its expensive as 9 tog will be like a bed sheet
The ASDA Smart Price Double Duvet is a great value 13.5 tog double duvet for all year round use, with non-woven cover. Easy to care for and maintain, £7.78
This ASDA 13.5 tog Anti-Allergy double duvet is medium to warm, making it ideal for all-year-round use and those who like to be warm and cosy in bed £8.500 -
Although I am grateful for the OP for bringing the offer to our attention I do also think its good that others have posted what they have about the offer: many may have thought it was financially worth doing if others had not posted so thanks to both the OP and to others saying what they have, it helps me anyway as I have been looking for a decent duvet to replace my very current very old (about 10 years old!) duvet. I see so many glitches on the grab-it board but by the time I log on they've sold out, following a steady stream of comments along the lines of "so good I bought 10!" I only want 1!!
I am just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for any other duvets as I do not shop in Asda, the Silent Night duvets and pillows seem decent quality but know you pay extra for things to be branded. Anyone know if they make any of the lower priced branded duvets?0 -
