I am not sure if you have the right to know, but you have the right to question it if you think this woman isn't behaving the way that she should be towards your daughter. How long is it likely that you will not be able to look after her? Can you talk to her about the situation and see how she feels about it? You might be worrying unnecessarily.I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

You cannot prevent your ex from moving someone in while your daughter is there unless there is a actual risk of harm.
I would be more worried about you allowing your daughter unsupervised visits with a man who is abusive.
You need to sort out your daughters arrangements ASAP as soon as you are well. You CAN take your daughter out of school if you provide an education for her (no definition of what an education is); I'd also look into getting sole residence and an order saying your ex can only have supervised visits.
If you continue to allow unsupervised visits try to reach an agreement with your ex over things like his new girlfriend shouting at your DD.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0
