Been left my first neutral on a £60 coat I sold for 99p, And I paid more for postage than charged. (yes my bad for underestimating). Absolutely no contact with me first. She says it unwearable, covered in fluff. Well it did state in description has fluff on it from the hood. I'm gutted.
I have replied, "no contact, would be happy to refund. "
I am not going to bend over backwards for her for the sake of the price she paid.
Just needed to tell someone really..

Don't worry about a neutral - frustrating I know but its really not that bad.0 -
My sister had a similar experience with a sofa, went for £9.99, they inspected before collection and collected it and then they gave a negative for supposed marks on the cushions - the cushions where a mottled colouring and not at all marked! She was gutted to get a negative, some people can just be really unreasonable.0
