LloydsTSB- NOT PAYING OUT PPI

Having been sent a settlement figure from Llloyds for misold ppi, I am now pulling out my hair in actually getting them to pay up. I was offered the settlement in August told that this would be paid in 21 days, now in October, still no refund. Despite assurances last week that the cash transfer would be completed by the end of this week, still no payment. A phone call to the ppi department in Wales has left me angry confused and utterly astounded at the level of poor service being levelled out to victims of their underhand practices. I have been informed today that they cannot give me any time-scale for repayment, do not know the scale of backlog and have no processes in place to rectify this in the near future!!!! Is anybody else experiencing this totally unacceptable situation?
