Pipex problems at the moment.

A friend of mine rang this morning as his pipex (now Talktalk) internet was not working. Eventually he got through to Talktalk and a chap in India said there could be problems for a few days as they were changing over from Pipex to Talktalk.

The migration shoud not be a problematic one but comeplted wihtin the course of a singel date with minimal disruption.
Can you confirm if your friend is migrating to TT Residential or TT Business.

He was business with Pipex. Not heard from him since then!
The Pipex help number when rang was another national multiple company! I sent him the talktalk number to call.
Will he be able to keep his pipex email? Talktalk cut off my email with one of the companies they bought.
