Uswitch ScottishPower lash up
If anyone is switching to SP watch out to make sure you get the right scheme. Below is the email received after I noticed an anomaly in SP's welcome email
Dear
We are writing to you as a technical issue at uSwitch.com meant ScottishPower’s ‘Online Energy Standard Plan’ was incorrectly assigned to your recent energy switch, instead of ScottishPower’s ‘Online Energy Saver 16’ . We have been working closely with ScottishPower and are pleased to tell you that this issue has now been resolved.
The initial welcome pack correspondence will have details of the 'Online Energy Standard Plan' - please disregard this. You will receive a letter from ScottishPower within the next few weeks detailing the correct Online Energy Saver 16 prices.
There is no action required by you. Your switch to ScottishPower’s ‘Online Energy Saver 16’ will go ahead as requested.
