Ist Credit are a nightmare to deal with!!

To those who have offered negative comments......I hope one day you do not find your self in a situation bad health or otherwise, which leaves you in a position such as OP!!
Not everyone takes out credit with the view not to pay it back.....unfortunately in life things happen which causes situations like this to arise!

Mine was not a negative comment the letter template does work when sent with an SOA and the OP clearly took no notice of it and phoned in so you cannot expect Vanquis to be very helpful when you ring them, letters are allways better than phone calls when it comes to debts.
