CD to MP3

I have just ripped my Prince greatest hits cd to mp3 and about half of the tracks have awful interference,is it possible that this cd is copy protected somehow and if so is there anything i can do about it?

You could also try CPBurnerXP. I've never had a problem with it.
Btw, have you checked for marks on the disc?:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:

If some of the songs are transferring normally and others arn't, then it probably has nothing to do with data protection. Is the CD scratched at all? Or perhaps the a faulty CD-Rom?0
