Morpeth Mobiles: RECOMMENDED

Not sure if this little firm has ever been mentioned on MSE before, but in view of the fact that mobile phones are such big business nowadays and if, like our family, you're conscious of the need to get a decent protective covering, then. . .
We first dealt with Morpeth Mobiles years ago when they were first starting up. At Christmas, we acquired (thanks to MSE and Hot Deals UK) a new Sony Ericsson 750i for £69 from Little woods. The phone is beautiful and works brilliantly, but we also needed a decent protective cover.
We went on to Morpeth Mobiles' website and ordered a translucent plastic case. It was delivered promptly, but wasn't as good as we'd hoped, didn't seem to 'latch' properly. I emailed MM on January 2nd -- first working day after the seasonal holidays -- and within half an hour received an email back from Viki in Customer Services, apologising for any inconvenience caused and offering a refund or alternatives. She included jpegs in her email so that we could see in full detail what the alternative cases looked like.
We ordered a Krussel case, returned the plastic case, received its replacement within 48 hours, and are delighted, especially at the price Viki gave us for the Krussel (it's very much a high quality case.)
For great customer service then, plus quality of product, I really do feel Morpeth Mobiles deserves recommending here. Mobile phone cases may not seem to be that important a commodity, yet when mobiles can, and do, cost so much, getting the best in protection, and for so little a cost, seems pretty sensible.
* Usual disclaimer: we are not friends with / related to / have any connection, in any way, with Morpeth Mobiles, other than as repeat, and highly satisfied, customers.
