On one of the reviews someone said:
If you want to go straight to full HD make sure you order a DVI cable, only a VGA included.
I have an Amazon account, could somebody please tell me which one I need to buy?
Thanks Jill

But if you have to get from amazon, I think this one will do

This is the cable you will need. But make sure that your computer has the same port on the back.
Otherwise you will need a VGA - DVI or (if your computer can) a HDMI - DVITech Savvy Student trying to help and learn

Same cable here for £4.99.
But, as m-k has alluded, what is the brand and model of your PC? Have you added Graphics card?0 -

Good find. I just did a quick search as Amazon aren't the easiest for looking for cablesTech Savvy Student trying to help and learn

You only really need HDMI / DVI if you are going to watch DRM Blu-ray movies. Personally, a screen that small using VGA for day to day stuff will look just as good as HDMI when displaying 1080p.
I've only use HDMI on my 21.5" screen as it's got built in speakers and a single cable is tidier than video + audio cables.Laters

I have the BenQ G2420HDBL, which is a few inches bigger at 24", but you can very clearly tell the difference between the analogue and digital video outputs...0

Good choice of screen! I've had mine for well over a year, and am very pleased with it. My only criticism is that I had to buy a stand for it, since otherwise there's no way of raising the screen.0
