Cloud Protection Spyware Problem

My laptop is afflicted with an accursed spyware program called Cloud Protection, and despite doing numerous sweeps with Ad Aware, Malbytes and Spybot Search and Destroy, the damn thing refuses to budge.
Every time I start my laptop, the Cloud Protection program throws up a pale white circle before launching into a phoney anti spy program called - yes, you've guessed it - Cloud Protection!
Does anybody know how to get rid of this damn thing?
